I just want to give a huge shout out to this place . They are ABSOLUTELY wonderful. We was on our way from Wv to Missouri. We broke down beside the freeway . We called them had no clue where we was at . But the lady on the phone was super awesome she was able to help locate us and get a tow truck to us. The gentleman that came and towed us was absolutely great , very friendly and kind very professional. He towed us to the nearest hotel. Even gave us recommendations on local restaurants. The price to get towed was definitely very reasonable, They definitely go above and beyond. I wish I could give them more then 5 stars , highly recommend them

The whole team from Mike, Kevin and the young lady that runs the office are awsome. Had RV air ride issue that was going to be towed, but after reviewing the situation they had Mike come out and he got it working. Unusual to have such a great effort and outcome so fast.

Outstanding service from Mr. Doug's Towing! Doug helped us secure and reposition a shifted load on a trailer, and he did an incredible job. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation professionally, and handled the load with great skill and care. His experience and attention to safety were evident throughout the entire process. What could have been a very stressful situation was resolved quickly and efficiently thanks to Doug's expertise. We truly appreciate his professionalism, dedication, and willingness to help. Highly recommend Mr. Doug's Towing to anyone in need of reliable roadside assistance or load recovery services.

Just sharing my experience: we paid for a diagnostic that didn’t fix anything at all. It felt like they were only trying to charge us. In the end, we had to call a tow to Chicago with another company, and when we came back, we found out our trailer had been stolen. For context, I even called to ask if everything was okay, and they responded rudely, saying they couldn’t go out and check if the trailer was still there.

Came to me within 30 minutes of my phone call. Low rate to move it. Super fast. Professional but friendly. Communicates well with caller. Let’s just say they know what they’re doing in their trucks! Had my car on her tip toes moving her around like a ballet dancer. Put my car perfectly where I had asked in the grass.
